Food good - All good?

Our whole existence is deeply rooted in what we eat every day - our food. A look at what we eat reveals the close interconnectedness of humans, wildlife and global resources. Yet despite the great importance of our food, we live in a consumer culture that often lacks appreciation for what we eat. Profit maximization and waste of resources dominate.
