Harald Lesch and the Merlin Ensemble Vienna

Following his lecture on the previous evening, Harald Lesch, the great astrophysicist, moderator and natural philosopher, eloquently illuminates the burning topicality of climate change from a scientific perspective in a lively exchange with Antonio Vivaldi's Four Seasons.

Vivaldi's timeless music takes the audience on a journey - from the Big Bang to the present day.
Harald Lesch gives a well-founded account of the state of our planet: with the inexorable progress of climate change, it is becoming increasingly likely that the Four Seasons will soon be nothing more than a pleasant memory.

The Merlin Ensemble Vienna will perform under the direction of Martin Walch.

In the context of the International Science Festival - Geist Heidelberg.

Notice:
On the evening before (Fri. 5.11.) you can already experience Harald Lesch in the context of a lecture.
Concert and lecture can be booked individually or as part of a Combitickets ticket can be booked. Please note the different price models.
