Ben Feringa

Is regarded as one of the most productive and creative chemists of his generation. In 2016, he received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for the design and synthesis of molecular machines. He also helped construct the world’s first molecular “nanocar,” which could someday transport medicines precisely within the body for therapy.
