Do you make up your own science?

"Do good and talk about it" is an old saying. This also applies to science as a guarantor of facts and reason, and even more so in times of new social media. In the marketplace of opinions, however, science must also shout loud enough. If everyone can be a sender and a receiver, how can pseudoscience and fake news be prevented?
Are laboratories and universities just echo chambers of a different kind? How to deal with scandalization, staging and personalization?
