Our diet influences countless processes in the body - including the brain, because its function is closely linked to metabolic processes. At the same time, the decisions about our nutrition are made in the brain. These connections raise fascinating questions: How does nutrition shape our decisions and our behaviour? Why do we decide for or against a certain diet or product? Can the knowledge gained be used to influence decisions and consumer behaviour in a health-promoting way?
